This Project was my first opportunity to design a multifamily project from ground up. I was working to develop a material language and simple mass that allowed the maximum use of difficult lot. The schematic package was developed in a single day, and used by a development group to try to collect investors. The rendirings are simply the schematic model geo-located into google earth. The project made its way through the scoping process with the city but never made it to the drafting boards for full development.
